Hello, because the file
/wp-content/plugins/wp-w3all-phpbb-integration/addons/page-forum.php
that's copied into your active template folder as page-(whateverYouNamedIt).php
when you click to create the forum template page, it is copied as is, without sidebars.

SO you have 2 solutions:
or you edit manually the created file into the active template folder, if you know how, OR, now that you created it, and leaving it as it is there, i suggest to use

The (awesome) iframe template integration using shortcode
See inline instructions into
Wp admin -> Settings -> WP_w3all -> WP_w3all Preferences -> The (awesome) iframe template integration using shortcode
Create a page into WP admin and add the shortcode following instructions

and if any trouble just post!

see simple example here:
https://www.axew3.com/w3/board/

see inline option instructions and
https://www.axew3.com/w3/2022/02/the-aw ... shortcode/

I see that you correctly set all, the page forum work, but you have not adjusted the top gap setting to fit your template, so that the scroll by default, scroll until the top of the page (100px by default) while your forum output start more below, so may change the value of the top gap to 400 or 300 or something else, test to have the right result changing this value

About the shortcode it is very easy to apply.

Create a test page, may name it test
then add test into the plugin shortcode option (where page/slug name need to be added)
then add the shortcode into the page, and adding params you want

Hello, i have try to login just now at bayonnais, but i encounter a problem onlogin.
When i login in wordpress, but also if i try to login in phpBB before, then i return to wordpress
this happen
Test de sécurité - Security check

then the session reset and the integration plugin fall into this result

Notice: mismatching session OR bruteforce login detected. Please login here again to unlock your account.
Can you please disable the integration plugin bruteforce option
w3all sessions keys Brute Force countermeasure (under w3all preferences)
so that i can may login (or see what it happen)?
Or temporary disable on server the cloudflare(?) security check

Let me know when ready

Hello Patrik, late in the night, and just on fly, yes logged and applied but:

https://www.bayonnais.com/bayonnais-forum/

it perfectly work (look the page and how i added the shortcode via elementor (since you use it, or shortcode is not correctly parsed) and look into related integration plugin option how i added bayonnais-forum), anyway, the phpBB template need to be adjusted about width.
Into your phpBB css you have to set the
class wrap or id wrap
so
.wrap OR #wrap selector
the following:

Code: Select all

width:100%;min-width:100%;
if necessary add !important

(i applied via browser console the inline css, so the result is the one you see in attach)

remember that to apply modifications into phpBB template you have to recompile the template in phpBB

the result (as example) would be this, even there are few things more to adjust (and i think you should remove the server cloudflare security and do instead some other simple thing that i will may suggest you):
bayonnais-forum – Bayonnais.com.png
bayonnais-forum – Bayonnais.com.png (186.29 KiB) Viewed 157 times
without apply the css width, the result will be this (almost on firefox)
bayonnais-forum – Bayonnais.com-nocss.png
bayonnais-forum – Bayonnais.com-nocss.png (100.41 KiB) Viewed 152 times

Ok! Happy that it was useful
Look Patrik, my advice is to do the follow (if you can configure your server removing the cloudflare check).
I do not know why you use this into a site like your. To me it is totally not useful.
You could improve your site about speed removing this, without having problems about security and configuring things like it is suggested here:
viewtopic.php?p=320#p320

So you should enable the integration plugin bruteforce option, and just configure the Firewall with the minimum of activated options. You'll be safe from spam and bruteforce attacks, your site will be fast and you do not will have to worry about more strange things.

If you need to cover some other security issue may for some reason it is not clear at moment to me, just let know. As well, if you want to improve the shortcode template integration follow with questions.

ps Look that as you seen i added the shortcode with 2 params, but there are more available.
As you can see i have set into the example the top gap param at 700 (so 700px) but as you can see, the result is that the scroll do not work properly, because the one that your theme use, nullify it in some way.

We'll se how to fix it if you'll follow with any question.
May the good solution would be to remove the theme auto scroll to top when you are into the page that display the iframed phpBB using the shortcode (so that the top gap shortcode scroll will work)
or something into shortcode plugin files need to be adjusted to fix this aspect, when more scrolls are involved due to themes options.
If there is option into your theme to remove the page scroll and you can choose pages where the theme scroll will fire, would be the best (without going to edit a theme file or plugin file)
