WP_w3all avatars option hints in this topic

After all the rest documented on hints of WP_w3all admin config page about avatars, some here maybe useful.

Check that on WordPress Admin -> Settings -> Discussion the setting about avatars is enabled on your site.
Check that isn't set to BLANK this setting (if you do not want really it) as avatar for users that have not setup one in WP or phpBB profile.

NOTE! -> Viewing WP option about avatars in WordPress Admin -> Settings -> Discussion, you'll see that avatars have been replaced all, by your avatar: this not affect nothing, it is normal. Setup settings as you need and all will work as expected.

P.S WARNING: WP_w3all 1.5.0 has been patched some hour after his release yesterday: if you experience problems on display phpbb galleries images as avatars, please just download wp_w3all other time and replace the file class.wp.w3all-phpbb.php that has been patched to resolve this bug.
All should work fine.
