I testing on my account and i`m admin on WP and phpbb. (maybe is problem different username)
On every problem, next thing i do is clear cookies. Today i install CCleaner to be sure it`s all clean but...

no it can't be. i see onlogout loop ... i've try it now ... looking what it can be ... but it is only a cookie issue.

I don`t had "to many redirect" today. Thats nice.
In Chrome all work nice.
In Mozilla... if i can say - it work but not normal. If try to login from home page simple not see me as logged in until i refresh page. Logout i can only from forum (iframe). What Mozilla do really i don`t know. Simple wrong. Clear cookies, cache, reinstall that browser, malwarebytes scan, google results about this Mozilla problem (Mozilla really have problems with cookies). And all this my story about Mozilla is not true for axew3.com - here i don`t see problem as on my site.
Maybe we simple fight against windmills

Just to say, Opera browser without problems. All is ok on Chrome & Opera. Mozilla no way. I`m pretty sure that Mozilla problem is in Mozilla

I discovered something...
In Mozilla, Page Info/Security/ViewCookies
- my phpbb cookies Expires:Friday, May 5, 2017 4:38:31 PM
- my WP cookies Expires:At end of session
...but on axew3.com
- phpbb cookies Expires:At end of session
- WP cookies Expires:At end of session
As i said clearing history/cookies not help - expires will be just different time (expires at same time as session is started...) . Simple wrong cookies every time.
